Prescott Italia Car Club Display Invitation - Saturday 13th May 2023

I am contacting you to invite your club to our forthcoming Italian Meeting, being held at Prescott Speed Hill Climb on Saturday 13th May 2023.
 
During the day, visitors in Italian cars will be welcome to drive the hill non-competitive, with passengers if they wish, which your members are welcome to join in, but more importantly, we would like to invite you to join us in our dedicated car club display area.
 
As a Car Club display, you would be able to bring 12 cars and 24 people along, plus erect a club tent for only £120. Having seen your stand at the Classic Motor Show, I wanted to make contact and invite you along to this event, which I am sure your members would enjoy.

I'd be interested, still remember the day we had it all to ourselves at the LMC Weekend in 1997 and we were given the opportunity to run the hill.

Hi Neil, what’s the latest on getting a club stand at Prescott?

I think Neil was just posting the invite from the organisers. Someone would need to step forward to arrange an actual club stand. The club has flags etc. available.

Alternatively, you could all arrive ad-hoc and hope to get parked up together.

Noted with thanks Neil I will book directly with Prescott as it was a superb event last year in my Abarth esseesse this year will be the Fulvia.

I'll just book in independently as well and maybe we can try and park up together. I'm not really familiar with the parking layout, or the hill - just been once last year to take my S4 for a 'Wheels at Prescott' meet.

I am booked Fulvia 1.3s.
