Hi, I've only recently been made aware of this company but I can't find any reviews.
Has anyone had personal experience of DTR European Sports Cars.
They say they specialise on Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Lancia and Abarth and all their offered services are carried out under the same roof which gives us complete control over every aspect of projects.
Thanks
Chris

Hi

Sorry no personal knowledge, but they have certainly been dealing in US import cars for a long time as witnessed by a Fiat 124 Spider book I have.

You might try one of the 124 forums for more info

My last dealings with them were fully 30 years ago.  Since then some lovely restorations have popped up in magazines.

Go to https://www.google.com/ and put dtr sports in the search box and you'll note there have been 12 reviews which all seem positive.

I have no personal experience of DTR but to echo what David has said they come up in magazine articles. Attached an example from this month's Auto Italia...

Again, never used them but remember going over there approx. 30 years ago to look at 124 coupes, spiders and Abarths. They used to import these from the US if I remember.

Only just seen this post sorry - yes I purchased a fiat 124 spider from them that they had imported 10 years before. The previous owner had sold it back to them. I kept it serviced with them for the whole time I had it c. 5 years and absolutely no problems. I then got a Fulvia coupe and have had them do some work on that too over the last few years. Always found them really honest and knowledgeable and I don't think there's any problem they can't fix - I chased a problem with my carb for a year before I conceeded and took it to them to solve. A tiniest leak that cured it completely. Like any garage it adds up but would have no hesitation to recommend them. Paul de Turis the owner has always been honest as the days long with me.
