Have you though of making them yourself, I needed some 53ID x 70OD x 3mm washers so purchased these
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/403831362016 and then found a suitable 53OD pipe and used that as punch. Similar to photo, but was making felt oil seals for the Aprilia.
