Odd that the ebay seller describes the car as a Fulvia in both the title and description. This must be the buyer from the recent Mathewsons sale, given this was only back on 19th March, where it is correctly described.
Maybe bought on a whim by someone who didn't know what they were buying hoping to flip it quickly for more?
It obviously needs a lot of work! Online DVLA check says "tax due 1 September 1990" implying it has not been on the road for quite some time.
