Sadly, Don Cross, ex-Chairman of LMC, after suffering a short illness, passed away in his sleep during the night of 2 March. His funeral takes place at Redditch Crematorium (B97 6RR) at 10.15am on Wednesday 16 March. It would be most fitting if those members attending arrived in their Lancia.

A great figure of the LMC. I almost posted this myself, as I was surprised the news hadn't appeared on here sooner. A life well lived by a man who will be greatly missed in Lancia circles.

I intend going to pay my respects, unfortunately Fay is not back on the road yet, so I'll be Lancia less.
There was a very kind turnout with friends and their Lancias at my wife's funeral in 2011.
So I would be nice if there were Lancias there for Don.

Another sad loss. A gentleman in every sense who served the LMC with distinction and particularly in his dedication to the Appia. His VIA APPIA rally to Italy in 2003 remains a Lancia highlight for me and Margaret. RIP Don. Sincere condolences to Margaret, Penny and the family.

The hearse was preceded by the well-known van.
