If any restoration were contemplated it would make more sense to restore the chassis simply as a 1Z autocarro on which the autoblinda mitragliatrice Ansaldo Lancia was based.

They cannabalized the 1Z to make a Theta out of some Kappa remains, so the gearbox and scuttle now are wrong, for the rest it is a collection of bits, far from complete. 
It would have stood a chance before it was butchered maybe, but now I doubt it feasable, and I'm not faint hearthed....
