I recently got a copy of this book and I'm very impressed.
It is nicely produced, very well illustrated and written by Wim Oude Weernink, who wrote La Lancia among others.
I'm posting some photos so members can get an impression of what it looks like.
I got my copy from Frenky Autodokumentatie in The Netherlands.

Looks good Willo, I can feel a book spree coming on, as I have a backlog of titles I have been postponing the purchase of.  Richard

Richard, thanks for the heads-up, I looked for a Flaminia book a few years ago, without success.
Its out of stock at your seller, but I found one on Ebay - but at a premium to the €45!

Willo was first on this topic. Out of stock already! So who has this in stock now? I do have the other well known 'Fulvia  Flavia Flaminia' book. Also 'The Aurelia in Detail' book which I like. I wonder how this compares with the 'Collection' book.

The one I got on Ebay.co.uk was £55.89 - so in real terms not too much more than the Dutch source at €45, esp. when you consider the Dutch price doesn't include delivery and customs duty.

45 euros is £37.60 today. So at £55.89, via ebay, I can see what you mean regarding the shipping cost, which represents almost 50% of the book cost. Anyhow cost is different to overall value, so a worthwhile purchase I expect. Richard

I've found a few typos in the book, but there's one I can't work out.
What should 'flowers' be in this caption on page 43?

I think I may have worked it out….wrong translation…..

Original Italian could be “fari e faretti”…….headlights and spotlights….

Whereas “fiori” means flowers!

There is a film on the Geneva salon 1957, https://www.rts.ch/archives/tv/divers/3473098-splendide-id.html

Flowers can be seen on some stands, and spotlights were also frequently used (of course) to highlight the exhibits.
Sadly no Flaminia Berlina in that film, but still worth watching!

Great film, made a few months before I was born. 1957 was a vintage year Wink
