Anyone can comment on this?  I have a picture and manual denoting that the level should be 4 cm below the thop of the pillar, looking at the pictures this is performed with the cap still on the piston shaft, so one would presume with the piston in the upward position, but if I then fill untill 4 cm below the top, the oil overflows when the pillar is pushed in?

I'm afraid I just pour it in till it is full and the excess escapes through the seal.  Does not seem to matter too much!
