A number of us will have Ben type aluminium discs with bushes in our prop shafts.    They are a vast improvement on the original fibre disc but the bushes are not immortal.   .They are also very difficult to find but I have tracked them down.
They are FBNS0822.2023 SEMI BONDED BUSH from  FIBET RUBBER BONDING (UK) LTD  Unit 9 Dale Mill, Hallam Road, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 8AN
          Tel (01282) 878200   www.fibet.co.uk     sales@fibet.co.uk   Fax (01282) 878201
They cost £8.48 each plus vat.  Free postage over a certain amount (which I forget).
Martin Young jmbyoung@hotmail.com bought the rest of Ben's spares from Nicky and has some discs remaining.

Just spent a couple of days in my freezing pit taking the whole propshaft out, fitting new bushes to the Ben type discs and finely adjusting them in the press so that everything fits together without strain.   Result - smoooooth motion!  (several of the bushes in the front joint were failing).
