Has anyone got a suitable replacement part for these?

I recently checked with Omicron who have none.

You also need to be sure they fit well and are not a little high ortherwise they distort the bonnet and it doesn't close flush

Hi William,

If we fail to find an equivalent, I'll be making some reproduction items, so I'll appreciate some exact measurements, especially as the sample I have is shrivelled and perished.  Roll Eyes

Do you need new or secondhand. I probably have a pair of secondhand ones.

Hooray for Neil!  Thank you.  Smiley

I first looked at Cavaletto a few years ago, and their site was dismal.

Thank goodness Italian business is finally waking up to the purchasing power of customers on-line.

I've also found their service good, but I have found it pays to send them a mail telling them what you want rather than relying on the website. They speak english and have always replied quickly, so it seems to work pretty well.

Never had much luck with them by email up to now,& when I've been into the shop in Turin he doesn't speak english, that is until he realises that you are going to spend money, amazing how quick anyone can learn english! Grin
Buying from them on the internet has got to be the best way as on the premises he doesn't accept cards, only cash, I spent half a morning at the cash machines about 3 years ago trying to get enough together to pay him cash, as all my cards had a daily limit on cash withdrawals Sad.
Must admit though I was amazed at just what I was able to get from him, including the bushes for the column gearchange on my 2c which are renowned for turning to powder.
