While I was looking for mine the series one seemed to be slightly higher in price, about 15% but they are rarer.
The difference between the two at the Historics auction is the condition; looking at the photos and descriptions the series one car is better than the series two.
The red series two is now for sale on eBay fo £24,950 (a nice little profit).
