Does anyone have or know of someone who has and would be willing to part with the chrome braided door pull ends, per attached photo? Does anyone know of someone who can make these braided pulls? Peter Blenk

Hi Peter,
I've often wondered about the same problem.
Would someone in the saddlery business be able to help you? Or a person who works with leather belts?
I hope you get sorted. Please let the forum know if you do!

Very similar ends are sold to finish off running board rubbers, the braiding looks like a nice winter evening challenge.

Braid can be found in craft shops. is not too far off the end caps.
