Last month Steve, Simon, Andy & myself met up at The Toby Inn Bradley Stoke then drove our Lancias along the A38 to Cambridge (no not that one!) where we turned right & after some really tight bends ended up at Coaley Point near Dursley where we met up with Chris & his wife. It was a lovely sunny evening & we all sat on our foldable chairs chatting, drinking & enjoying the stunning views. Good times  Wink

For this months drive out Steve, Simon, Andy, Richard, myself, Paul & his wife met up in the Waitrose car park in Keynsham then drove along the A368 (exellent road) where Ian joined our convoy. We stopped between the lakes at Chew Valley for a few photos then headed onwards towards Burrington Combe. We stopped in one of the car parks which had a lot of goats nearby then sat down for drinks & a catch up. Another most enjoyable evening  Grin.

Hi,

Following on from last year we're doing the same thing this year - 4th Wednesday Drive Outs. The 'usual suspects' are a group of 6 so we've kept within all the rules and so far within 2021 w're done a Saturday Breakfast, Haynes Breakfast Club, visited Coaley Point and benn up the Wye Valley to Monmouth and back with a stop off at Tintern Abbey

This month the plan is to return to Burrington and the 'Rock of Ages' and then think of somewhere else for August

It's been good fun to do these things and is giving us a chance to explore the area a bit more - our meet point is usually around the Bristol ring road and we are trying to visit all points of the compass over the months  without having to drive too far to do it ....

I would add you're welcome to join - please let us know though so we can give details of the meeting point ( usually around 730pm )
