We have been away with Morgan friends in Italy over the New Year only to hear of this sad news which I have copied from Richard Thorne's Facebook page
"I am very sorry to have to share our heartbreaking news that Nicola Thorne passed away last Friday 13th December, after her lengthy battle with cancer.
I know there are people out there in our Morgan and Lancia community and beyond who would like to know or come and pay their respects - The funeral is arranged for 11am Tuesday 14th January at the West Berkshire Crematorium, if anyone would like to attend then please let us know.
Her final days were spent at the Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent hospice here in Reading. We could not have been more grateful for this incredible place and the amazing kindness of the staff, who enabled her to pass away in dignity, peace and tranquility, with her family at her side. To this end we are requesting no flowers please - if anyone would like to make a gesture of remembrance we have set up a just giving page for this wonderful charity.
