On my PF Coupe (1966) I am trying to remove the window winder so I can remove the door card to access the bottom pivot of the quarter light to I can replace the rubber window seals.
  I can pull back the bezel against the spring but cannot see anyway to remove the winder handle. I thought the handle might be pinned to the shaft but no sign of a pin.

Any help would be of help, thank you

Is there a circlip?

Parts books shows a circlip but at the moment I cannot see it.

My Vignale handles are held on by an m4 grub screw on the underside....

If yours is a circlip it is a horseshoe /hairclip sort of shape which you fish out with a hook. A long shaft narrow blade screwdriver modified by bend the end of the blade over is one of my most useful tools in my toolbox.

OK got it. Checked the other winder and saw the two ends of the clip. Drivers side a little grubby hence lack of identification.
When looking for a circlip I was looking for the conventional one and not a C type of E type. Makes sense.

Update.
No circlip. Once the bezel is pushed back against the spring, the shaft of the winder handle shows two edges which are in fact the ends of a Woodruff key sitting in the circular groove of the splined shaft of the winder. Woodruff keys are normally in line with the axis of a shaft but this is different being at 90 degrees to the axis. I have attached two photos to show the exploded assembly to help make sense of my description. The key was easily pushed out once spring pressure is off.
 Now that I have the door card off I see I am not the only person who has looked at the internals of the door as there is a fresh skin glued to the inner face of the metal of the door. I also notice that some of the sound deadening foam has peeled away from the inside surface of the out skin of the door.
The foam inside of the black PVC head of the door card crumbled all over the place! 
So some new materials are to be sought and a lot of cleaning up. No real rust to report though.
The lower attachment of the quarter light is as per the picture already posted the other day.

Woodruff Key. Thanks for the update Colin. I am looking for a similar handle assembly for my Flaminia if anyone has one for sale

I'm just wondering if the woodruff key is an owner modification to replace a grub screw that has stripped its' thread? Otherwise the setup looks just like a berlina.

Looks like my Fulvia's too except I have an 'R' shaped wire clip. The straight part goes through the holes in the handle and winder and the curved part snaps around the outside.
