I have a couple of surplus Aurelia Magneti Marelli Type S53 distributors for sale with or without good used rotor arms and distributor caps.
They have either new or v slightly used points and good bearings. Occasionally I fit the link between the 2 sets of points outside the body of the distributor if I am unhappy with the internal insulating strips which are all 60 years old or so now. I know the 123 system works well but those who know me know I am a fan of originality wherever possible/practical.
That well known auction/sales site always seems to have a few for sale without caps for >£300 and around £700 with caps which seems high to me.
So how about £175 without rotor arm + cap and £250 including them? P&P in the UK is +£5.00.
