Loss of Brake fluid

On my Coupe I am loosing brake fluid but with no visible trace either at the wheels or anywhere else.  I have been told to look for white smoke from the exhaust as the fluid can be drawn into the engine through the vacuum system of the servo if the servo is "leaking" and then out through the exhaust. Has anyone thoughts on this problem as at the moment I cannot see the tell tale white smoke.

The Fluid might be pooling in the servo itself, once had a Vauxhall with the same situation, the lip of the seal where the piston rod passed through, had a tear and it was filling up inside with fluid.
At least it's worth a look!

Thank you for the idea. I thought this might be the case but I was deflected when others said that I could see white smoke as the fluid was drawn into the engine and combusted.  So the fluid is I suppose just sitting there, in the servo.  The car was serviced in 2004 before I bought it and has done less than 2000kms since then and this lack of use has thrown up no end of issues including "dry" electrical connections to various lights, door locks plus some nice gooey engine oil (now flushed out after second oil change after a few hundred kms running on fresh oil) so failed seals on the servo assy. are, I suppose, no surprise.   
Shall investigate.

The servo is slowly filling up, you may notice brake fluid dripping down between the pedals.

If your servo is the remote type fitted to 815 Flavias then the pushrod is probably shot too as they corrode with out use. Omicron rebuild these but v expensive. If you rebuild best measure the length of the pushrod before dismantling the servo unit ( you have to take it out of the car to do this). Then fit the new seals (assuming the bore of the servo is Ok) and the new pushrod to the same length as the old one. Then you will probably find an issue with the master cylinder. Always the same with rubbery bits on old cars. They need changing every so often.... Other Flavia owners fit a different type of remote servo (Spanish) as used by kit car makers. It physically would not fit in my Flavia Vignale due to the Kuglefisher system taking more room under the bonnet so I had to rebuild mine.
