For my 1st series Appia berlina I'm on the lookout for a rear bumper.  It is not the usual steel version with the white rubber inserts, but a full aluminium bumper without rubber inserts.
It must be a very early car....

Many thanks....

Hi all from deepest darkest and coldest North Yorkshire.
My car (1953) has an aluminium rear bumper that some kind person has repaired with filler and repainted...I think a trip to Italy will be the only way to locate a replacement.

There used to be a guy at the Padova autojumble selling plain new repro aluminium bumpers for many Italian pre and post war cars and they were reasonably well made. I have noticed him there recently but presumably he had formers for the range so I would have thought they are still available.
