Series 2 Aurelia Droop limits:
While replacing the inner drive shaft boots on my B12 I noticed that the drive shafts bind when the rear suspension was on full droop.
On this car and other Series 2 Aurelias the droop is adjustable via the rear shock-absorber lower mounting. On my car which is quite low mileage example these had not been touched since the car left the factory and were set on maximum droop.
It only took c 5mm adjustment for the driveshafts to rotate freely. This will put less strain on the pot and outer UJs when the car is driven spiritedly over humps and bumps.
