Is that a Golf with a bodykit?

This look like it might be a good addition to the club event calendar?

In 2016 they allocated space in the orchard for car clubs, we had a good turnout.  However last year there was no arrangement for clabs only individual entry so no ability to park all Lancias together not as good.

No indication that Club group parking will happen this year.

Hi Andy

I agree with Don, 2016 was fine and we all parked together and could set up picnics. 2017 was general Italian parking and didn't seem Italian themed.

I'll add the event onto the calendar though so it gets to VL! and can be seen on our website.

BOC are offering club parking but only if we can guarantee 20+ cars.  However we can combine with Italian Auto Moto Club, they may also be offering a special deal on tickets I am awaiting confirmation.

Please post if you intend to come.

Hi Don

Is that 20+ each day or 20+ for both days ? Maybe the confirmation will provide information.

Dear All,

At the Bristol monthly meeting which is shared with the Italian Automoto Club last night, we are looking to get a joint club area for the Saturday.

We will let you know when arrangements have been made.

Hi Simon, I would be interested also in any club arrangements please. Jane and myself went along last year in our Fulvia and ended up in the orchard car park in amongst the Alfas and Ferraris !! We really enjoyed it and plan to go again this year, but it would be great to get a Lancia club area sorted if we can. Thanks Andy Locke

The request has gone in for a joint area for up to 40 cars between us and the Italian Automoto Club for a 2 for one ticket entry also.

Will let you know when this is released.

Dear All,

We have been allocated a space at this years event, and can obtain tickets on a buy one get on free basis. However they are experiencing issues with the website host and promo codes.

It looks like we will need to buy tickets in blocks, I can sort out the details with everyone and Prescott, can you PM me with ticket requirements which days you wish to attend, how many tickets you require, and number of cars and I will take forward.

Regards

Simon Davis

I wonder what percentage of tank capacity it needs for a run up Prescot?

http://www.forix.com/8w/250f.html

200 litres of fuel, 20 litres of oil.  Perhaps 170kg of fluids.
