Aurelia 4th series

I went to the Auto Italia event on Sunday. It was very good to see two Flaminia Touring coupes there - in the roundabout area next to the Hall. But there weren't many other Lancias there - pity because I would have thought that the location in the middle of the country would have appealed. The Alfas and the various Fiat clubs were well represented. Admittedly there wasn't a lot of activities or things to see or do once you'd arrived, but there was a good selection of unusual italian cars there, which I found well worth while! Why not make it a destination  run for the more modern Lancias next year?

Adrian,
I've been going to Stanford Hall for many years now and there always used to be a strong Lancia presence, but the trouble with Autoitalia events is they do not vary and the appeal eventually palls, especially as the emphasis is usually on the SuperCars, very nice but a bit boring after a while.

Yes, it was Bob and I, in our Flaminia GT’s parked side by side in the roundabout area, not a sight you see every day.

Here is a photo, Flaminia GT stacked.
You do not see that every day either! Grin
