My Beta coupe has a working cigarette lighter, but neither sat nav or iPhone charger will charge as they do not contact, seemingly being too short. The fix here is to find a 3/4 rubber tap washer and a nut and bolt through the centre to act as a conducting spacer. Title: Re: Charging tech from cigarette lighter. Post by: Jay on 02 October, 2016, 03:53:41 PM as i use my stat nav for my mph speedo (not my swimming trunks) so i hard wire it from the supply of the cigarett lighter with a inline fuse and pop a very short lead between a joint in the dashboard.
