Title: New Volvo XC90 rear suspension. Post by: Caracad on 24 August, 2016, 08:19:06 AM Thought this was interesting. New XC90 uses a transverse leaf spring on it rear suspension.
Reasons sighted are; -Low package height. (The main advantage I think) -Improved NVH. (Spring not mounted directly to body). and other stuff to do with the body structure.
