This is my first post having just aquired a Fulvia series 2 1.3s. My first task is to replace the outer panels, being that the inner panels and sub frames are all good, surprisingly!! I have purchased all but the front lower valance and would like to know if anyone can recommend a welder in the Rochester Kent area who can fit these panels for me?
