The latest edition of Sports Car Digest (see link below) features a report on the 2016 Concorso d’Eleganza at Villa d’Este. The winner of the Coppa d’Oro prize that is voted for by the general public went to a stunning Castagna bodied 1933 Astura owned by Antonius Meijer from the Netherlands. The photographer was obviously smitten by the car as the article features no less than nine pictures of it.

Must be something about fish and chip shops and rare cars. I remember a fair few years ago a chip shop owner died t'up north and when they broke into his walled up garage found a Mercedes 540K.
