Title: Flaminia in C&SC
Post by: Jay on 12 August, 2015, 12:56:41 PM
In this month's C&SC there is a great comparison between an Alfa Romeo 2600 Spider and a Lancia Flaminia GT convertible. Mr Charlesworth a true Aflisti puts the Flaminia’s steering and road manners in the same class as some the greatest. http://www.classicandsportscar.com/news/general-classic-car-news/le-mans-bentley-bargain-esprits-and-seductive-italian-soft-tops

Nice to see that he was won over by the Flaminia's driving qualities - quite right too.  A small point, I note that unlike my car, the Flaminia that he tested had a single overhead cam-per-bank (see the tech details table) - worrying!!
