Title: Ardea Furgoncino for sale
Post by: Sliding Pillar on 24 March, 2015, 04:57:34 PM
I had a call yesterday from my friend David at European Classic Cars, he has just had an Ardea Furgoncino arrive from Italy.
Of course I had to go and have a look, it is in need of total restoration, but is also very original. It is soooooooo cute, and dare I say even better looking than an Appia Furgoncino. More details on his web site. http://www.europeanclassiccars.co.uk/cars_01.html

Utterly bewitching - just needs a couple of mafiosi hanging onto the doors with sawn-off shotguns

I found in my collection an original parts book, in unused condition:
Autofurgoncino Tipo 800
Catalogo parti di ricambio
Seconda Edizione
Novembre 1946
Might be of use to the buyer of this cute Furgoncino.
Would also be wiling to swap for a similar Aprilia related parts book, or drivers handbook.
If interested contact me by pm

Sebastien, I will give your details to David, so that the new owner of the Furgoncino can contact you if he is interested.
I don't think he is necessarily a Lancia person, more a classic van collector.

What was the asking price for this van from European Classics I wonder?

The asking price was £9,950, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/191544745856?clk_rvr_id=807690581463&item=191544745856&lgeo=1&vectorid=229508&rmvSB=true
I believe it sold for very near to this price.
