Sounds like it needs a few £k spending on it - new tyres and exhaust etc - but if it has no rust or smoke its very good value at the moment! But not forgetting, he can pull the car at any time and even if it goes all the way they don’t have to sell it at the final price. I have seen a number of cars that are constantly reappearing on ebay after being sold for a lot less than market value.

It looks to be a good one and I suppose a Monte Carlo has a certain rarity but I'm not sure either. Having said that, I've seen good Fanalinos these days nudging £60,0000! I suppose if somebody pays 16K for a Monte Carlo then that's what it's worth. That's what it comes down to in the end.

Apart from the fact it's advertised as a 1.3S wasn't the whole point of the Monte Carlo to be a 1.3S dressed up as a 1.6HF to celebrate the Monte win? Which, following the sellers logic, means it's a 1.3S wannabe..................
