I am just getting back onto my rebuild of the Sport. Can anyone please send me a photograph of where the stay that holds the tailgate open fixes to the body of the car with a reference measurement if necessary as, when the car was painted, all the holes were filled in and painted over! I have a photo, but for some reason I can't attach it - send me your email and I'll forward it. Also, the top mounting is 35cm down from the top edge of where the roof panel ends / tailgate opening. Hope that's helpful. Cheers Max |
