I was unable to receive it in person, so further thanks to David Laver for collecting it and Tim Heath for transporting it. The plaque is now pride of place in the kitchen next to a couple of (empty) magnums of champagne and an Aurelia I hope the award means that some of you, at least, enjoy my witterings.
