I may as well have hit by lightning as a Pastel blue B20 hove into view.......I nearly crashed the Volkswagen Up!....... Chances......1/2/3 million to 1?????!!!!!! He has a Lambda as well, which was undergoing restoration when we were there on the last Fobello trip.

He has a lhd 5th Series (I think or maybe 6th) B20 which he drives with great verve daily during the Spring and Summer.

Now a very nice 23.5 degrees here........as we walked the streets of Lucca......a classic car rally pulls in!!! Two new Maserati QP support cars....a Merak, 2 Ghilbis, an indie and maybe a Mistral convertible....and a 4200 spider. But also 3 Lancias........one a black B20 coupe.....the 39 Aprilia looked in fine fettle as did the Flavia convertible....pics to follow..... Who said lightning doesn't strike twice!!!!! P |
