It is strange that the vendor describes it as a "one off" because there are a few of these about. There were a couple of coachbuilders in Torino (one of them was Franco) doing conversions on the standard Furgoncino to produce the Giardinetta in various different forms, with some having windows all around and some with just front two sets of side windows.
