Title: Flaminia PF - distributor parts
Post by: lanciab20 on 14 November, 2013, 10:33:01 AM
Does anyone have equivalent parts data for points and rotor arm, ie what other marques models did they fit?  I think the cap only fitted the Flaminia.  Was the cap the same through all bodies and both engine sizes?
Regards

I was interested to note, a couple of weeks ago when I converted my Appia SIII to electronic ignition, that it's distributor was identical to the one in my Flaminia except that the Flaminia has a six lobed points cam and, of course, a different cap.  The points were also identical.

Attached is an extract from a period Marelli Lancia specific catalogue showing the different distributors for the Flaminia cars. Exploded diagrams for each are included in this manual, PM if you'd like a scan of your dizzy.

That would be useful - can you send me a scan of the page?

Sure - please let me know which dizzy you have - S74 or S80 and the year of your car.

Thanks
