Not listed in the Register of owners and their cars. with that reg number it maybe a 1200cc.

Looks very nice,
Had he overstayed his time?
Luton is terrible, I've been fighting a £50 ticket since March, they turned down two appeals so I took it to tribunal, Luton Council decided not to contest it so I won, but they could have saved mine and their time & money if they hadn't been so pigheaded in the first place, seem to remember that 70% of all parking fine cases taken to Tribunal win.

I have always wondered how it would sound in court, for the owner of a private car park, to say hundreds of pounds were being charged to the registered keeper of a vehicle, for a visit to a car park provided for shoppers at one of the retail parks. As for threats of bailiffs visits, am I correct in thinking a CCJ is needed which requires a defendant to attend court to enable it's issue? http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=196087&page=1
