From http://www.oldclassiccar.co.uk/lancia_ardea.htm (also Italian, and on the same site is a pre-war Alfa at the Gravesend Speed Trials) On the subject of defunct speed venues, I am interested in buying the new book "Motorsport Explorer"

Richard,
Brilliant photos, you must spend hours looking for them!
Is that the first showing of the Lancia HF Symbol?

Thanks Brian, plenty of time for browsing, and there are some interesting old garages on that site too for anyone who likes that kind of thing!  Apart from the chance that old photos may be of interest to other forum users, the pics can be revisited even if their links disappear or are removed. I also thought of an early HF connection, but the text tells otherwise. Not an old garage, but "The Ultimate Lancia Garage" here, according to the text
