Anyone organising? Neil has done a splendid job in the past - I wonder if he can do so this year and get a special theme of Fulvia 50 going as a precursor to Goodwood!!!

Hello, yes I am happy to be the club organiser as before, I was due to contact Auto Italia to reserve a good spot for the club and see how many cars we can take out on the track, assuming they plan to do that again.

Big Question - should the club invest in a Fulvia 50 banner????

Yes a banner or flag(s) for the existing club flag poles.

Also the event is Saturday 4th May, not Sunday 5th - don't go on the wrong day!

ACTIVITY INFORMATION
Noise: drivers are requested not to make unnecessary noise, in particular at the south end of the test track that is nearest to the local residences.

TRACK SESSION
All cars are invited to pre-book to run in the track session.
Demonstrating cars will run behind fast pace car.
Cars will run in groups of similar performance.
Number of laps according to final entry numbers and time available.
Passengers for the track demos are permitted if 16 years of age or over.
Crash helmets are required for open cars, highly recommended for closed cars.

TEST HILL SESSION
All cars are invited to run in the Test Hill session.
Children passengers for test hill must be properly seated and supervised.
Crash helmets are not required.
Hillclimb session subject to ground clearance.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Access for entrants and vehicles from 08.00.
Your car/cars need to be in position in the paddock by 10.00.
On site parking available for transporters.
Brooklands is outside the London emissions zone.
Access is via Brooklands Road entrance unless otherwise advised.

Tim, the test track session can be arranged through me, however AutoItalia did not come back to me until yesterday, I am not sure if I can get any cars on the track, I can ask, which car do you want to take on the track?

Just hope all those exhaust and manifold gaskets for the mid engined effort are very well sealed!

FRank no problem about the fumes as it only has a windscreen, all the other windows have no glass! besides lots of other apertures bodywork is fiberglass and crude at that ::)

Steve, sounds expensive! Thanks everyone who came on Saturday a good turn out at this popular event.

Great day out and amazing drive home to Cornwall on Sunday, blue skies, quiet A303, cracking weekend. Over 500 mile round trip, car didn't miss a beat. Think the hill climb might be past its sell by date.

I didn't watch the performance on the Hill, just as well as I'd have winced badly if I'd seen the Ferrari 360? with a lot of daylight under his wheels, after failing to slow down or brake, if nothing else it sounded expensive, but I haven't heard or seen anything about the damage it must have received.
Sounds like a great drive home though and amazing just how many enjoyable miles you can drive in a Fulvia in a day, my best to date in my 2c was batting across Central Spain from Salamance to St Jean pied de Port something like 400+miles.
