Title: AURELIA B20 ex Victor RICCI
Post by: duelitriemezzo on 02 December, 2012, 08:09:19 PM
Hello,
I am trying to find my B20 history, that's why i am searching photo of Victor RICCI's AURELIA B20 1954. He was member of the LANCIA CLUB USA and passed away in 1990. It seems that he had bought his Aurelia B20 1954 from Walt KOOPMAN Sr. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you all !!!

DUELITRI ;)

There are a few guys in the USA whose names springs to mind, one is a member of this forum GG is his handle (Geoff Goldberg)...his site/blog/email,  on this link -

http://lanciainfo.com/Lancia_Info/Home.html

James Steerman of the ALC and maybe Steve Katzman (http://carnut1.blogspot.co.uk/2010/12/defining-fine-line-between-preservation.html ) a reference here to Steve and here ( http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=OYMbIZnaKJIC&pg=PA117&lpg=PA117&dq=katzman+lancia&source=bl&ots=igPqH_944u&sig=JAyONKxmbg0pUdpgwgo_Gz0MFrY&hl=en&sa=X&ei=3MS7UMqcKqLO0QXEmoHoAQ&ved=0CFIQ6AEwBw#v=onepage&q=katzman%20lancia&f=false ) his email address katzmansf@comcast.net off this site http://www.viva-lancia.com/lancia_fora/list.php?7 ....which you've posted on already.....:)..., might be able to help.

Not sure if you can join this yahoo group to post inquiries.....http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/AmericanLanciaClub/

I am a newbie to the scene ( 13 months standing!!) perhaps other older hands will be able to help more.

I seem to remember meeting him about 20-30 years ago... tall fellow, but not that I remember much more. THere was a group of Aurelia owners on the east coast that were all pretty interesting - Mike Miller was one, Armand Giglio another. You might contact Armand, or his son Steve - they may know. Also Santos Spadaro at Dominics, a shop in Queens, NY, who serviced many of these cars. His email: sds1750@aol.com

Walt Spak of the American Lancia Club probably has contact info for Armand or Steve.

Hello, i have contacted Armand Giglio and his son Steve. No answer...
Also Santos Spadaro at Dominics, shop in Queens, NY, at his email sds1750@aol.com. No answer...
and also Walt Spak. He told me that he couldnt help me much.
But Tom Stewart from REDLINEMOTORS told me interesting things:
My car was imported by WALT KOOPMAN in the 60's together with his father (Tom's father) Aurélia.
Victor M RICCI bought it. He died in 1990 and the car was bought by Lionel FEIGENBAUM. Lionel could be considered as the last owner.
So VICTOR RICCI seems to have owned the car from the 60 to the 90s.
If someone could help me contacting RICCI family or RICCI's mecanics that would be nice.
Bye Bye LANCISTI !

Hello LANCISTI,
i have to tell that i have sold my 4e serie project....This is not a happy day but i must resign myself: i have too many projects (several 50s LANCIA, several 60s ALFA)...

The B20 3329 is now in SWITZERLAND in a big collection of classic cars included a black B24 spider - my black B20 has found her sister....
