Title: fiat clutch Post by: dhla40 on 29 September, 2011, 04:39:39 PM I read somewhere that the clutch from a fiat uno turbo is a good upgrade for the fulvia, does anyone know the exact model application and if the complete clutch fits or just the driven plate.
Sean Title: Re: fiat clutch Post by: lancialulu on 29 September, 2011, 09:28:20 PM seem to remeber it was 1.4 turbo Uno. I hve bought these for my fulvias (or maybe it was 1.3 turbo???!!! _ someone correct me if necessary) on ebay complete for 20 pounds or so and they are good.

I did that on my car - just the friction plate if I recall. No mods needed. I can't recall what size engine Uno turbo it was intended for. Title: Re: fiat clutch Post by: lancialulu on 30 September, 2011, 07:15:30 AM No mods for the pressure plate either. But the thrust bearing is superflous and I have three Fiat uno ones if someone wants one! You will need to adjust maybe by a spline or two on the clutch lever arm as the throw of the pressure plate is different. Gives a modern feel to the clutch too!!

Do not try 1400 TD or 1300 Turbo - they don't fit! For S1 : Huib has solutions see: http://www.viva-lancia.com/lancia_fora/read.php?10,626843,626843#msg-626843 |
