Title: motorsport this weekend Post by: peterbaker on 23 February, 2011, 01:25:21 PM First is Race Retro at Stoneleigh, south of Coventry. Three days but the live stage only Sat/Sun. Strong turnout by CLS and Stratos Enthusiasts, Biasion is driving ex-works Integrale, plus several competition Lancias on CLS stand. Special inside parking for Lancia owners with some fifty already taken up. Also 50th celebration of Jaguar E Type. Main hall is well supported by those in the motorsport industry plus usual autojumble.
Sunseeker Rally starts in Bournmouth Sat. Moderns and classics. Pomeroy Trophy at Silverstone also on Sat. Great event that has a lot of history for LMC but dont think any members entered this year. Should be a good event and this year, for the first time, open to the public. VSCC members get free entrance, non members £10.00. Good value!
