Not sure about the smoked rear lenses. Do you think it has had a transplant, as it will have Lancia stamped on the cam covers if I remember rightly from the one I had.

I too am not very fond of the smoked rear lenses and I don't know if they are meant to be like that or someone had it done. I know where there's a "spares" Trevi so I might be able to source some 'normal' rear lenses.
