Title: 1300 Beta Coupe 1976
Post by: DianaW on 10 March, 2009, 06:03:05 PM
I am putting this on for a non-member (an ex member) who is about to move to a flat following a stroke.

The Car is LHD Mark1/2 Transition Model and has been dry stored and is rust free (as far as Don and I could see) and the bodywork is in very good condition and too good to be scrapped.  It was last on the road in 2005 and will need recommissioning.  The owner lives in Ellesmere Port.

The owner also has a number of spares including 2 2000 engines, 5 spare alloy wheels, headlight surrounds and other miscellaneous parts and would like to dispose of the car and parts as one lot within the next couple of months.

The car would need trailering away.

Offers are invited and any enquiries should in the first instance come to me and I will contact the owner.

Yes it is - I suppose you know it as he said he used to live in North Wales.

bought my 1st fulvia off him, nice totally genuine guy, sorry to hear about his health, i now the beta an it would make a really good project for someone, when i bought my fulvia off him he'd done all the jobs i hate (cleaning and painting years of road rubbish off!!!) but the body was a bit beyond him, the work he had done was to a good standard so would imagine the beta should be a good car as i know he had done a hell of alot of work on it, if you speak to him pass on my regards and best wishes for the future
