Are you going to bid on it David?  They were certainly impressive cars, and the LC2 even more so in my opinion.  Here's a picture of an LC1 that I took at the BOAC 1000km in 1982.

Goodwood...  While its at the edge of "could imagine looking after at home" in terms of technology I think its a "rather you than me" in terms of turbo lag, power to weight, weight to grip, aero weirdness and safety.

Am trying to remember but I think they had the "fastest acceleration" record for a while.

Found some YouTube to watch tomorrow.

I was at Silverstone in 1982 - such an exciting looking and sounding car and the noise!!!
