All very strange. Also I'm sure his feedback was 3 the other day, now it's 2! Yet his feedback shows 5 positive. A feedback of 2 and a rating of 75% positive isn't impressive. Says seller is based in London and dispatches from London but doesn't look like that. Is the Maserati number plate maybe middle Eastern?

I suspect the scam is get what PayPal money they can in the form of deposit and then move on.
