Title: integrale spacers
Post by: Kevinlincs on 21 February, 2019, 09:49:16 PM
Hi guys.
Does anyone know, should the thin wheel spacers that also hold the disc in place be on both axles? Sure mine only had them on the rear axle, no sign of them on the fronts, wouldn't they be on both axles?
They're only thin, about 5mm thick..
4 stud car, by the way!

Hi,
The spacers on the rear stub axles don't keep the discs in place, but they are there to allow flush fitting of the rear wheels. If you look closely you'll have a 5mm step on the rear stub axles, the spacer takes that up. There are no spacers fitted to the front. Coincidentally it is this step that caused me no end of grief when i came to fit a set of NTM wheels with the incorrect offset, in the end i had to resort to a bespoke pair of hubcentric spacers.
Hope this helps.
