VAT no. advertised does not match company advertising. Beware.

You don't get away that easily. Another 13 have popped up under a.r.f.vans and that's just Lancias. There are a couple of thousand improbable listings from this seller. I have a feeling it has something to do with money laundering.

It's only a suspicion but I have occasionally seen one of these convert into a sale for a ridiculously high price. The only rationale I could see was that it would disguise the transfer of a large sum of money as a legitimate transaction. I have no idea whether that would work but I haven't come up with any other reason for the scam. Why do you ask? Have you some dodgy money to hide?  ;D
