Title: White Horse Classic & Vintage Vehicle Show - Westbury, 2nd September
Post by: neil-yaj396 on 12 June, 2018, 05:26:57 PM
The Lions Clubs of Westbury and Trowbridge are jointly promoting an exciting new vintage vehicle show this year which will include classic cars, motor cycles, light commercial vehicles and vintage tractors.  Held at the White Horse Country Park in Westbury, Wiltshire, this superb venue lends itself superbly to safely exhibiting a large number of vehicles under the attractive backdrop of the Westbury White Horse.

Having found your contact details via your club website, we are keen to invite your members the opportunity to register as exhibitors at this event taking place on 2nd September 2018. Further event information and an online registration form can be found on our official web site - https://whitehorsevehicleshow.org

Registration is free for all vehicles registered by midnight on 12 August 2018. Any vehicles registered after this date will incur an entry charge of £5.00 per person so we urge you to register early to avoid being charged.
I have attached a flier for the event in case that is easier for you to share with your members.

When booking, if your members note their club affiliation in the online form we will endeavour to keep everyone together on the day in allocated club sections.  This can only be done if registered in advance as we are expecting the show field to be busy, so please urge care when completing that part!
If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact myself by reply or via the contact us page of our website.  There are also opportunities for auto jumble and craft stall bookings, so do please let us know what you're interested in and we will do our best to make you feel welcome!

Best wishes,
Lion Nigel Coward
Vice President
Westbury Lions Club

Shame it clashes with the Autojumble.
