I rather liked the Fiat Belvedere.

This is rather sweet.  Its said that one of the series had a Lancia engine.

Nice to see these photos.

The 1938 Aprilia Zagato pictured is described as having taken part in the MM that year. But when the modern Zagato company undertook a short run of replicas a few years ago, all the publicity stated that none had survived. Does anyone here know the truth about this?

Hard not to be suspicious of lost cars that turn up after decades, though that does of course happen, thank goodness.

The continuation Aprilia Sport Zagato (replicas) that were made by Zagato recently were of a different body style, photo below is one of them at the Chantilly concours in 2016.

Quite right - a different shape. And here's a pic of Villoresi in the 38 race (the same car as in the 2018 event? Looks like it could be).

There were 11 Lancia Lambda at the start this year.
9 finished, of which 6 in the first 20 cars, and 2 of those Lambdas were placed 4th and 5th.
And no mention of them in that article.....
