Typically they are listed with a ridiculously low start price but if you click to view the seller's other items they all have the same wording.

Wolsleyhouse seem to have a buy classified ad plus an auction but the latest listing by tongueyboy is therefore a fraud. I have reported this plus the Montecarlo and HF Turbo he claims to be selling. There isn't enough time in the day to report all 500 items he has listed today!
