Title: Torque and Fixings lists
Post by: Keithver on 14 November, 2023, 02:42:14 PM
Over the period of my restoration it seemed to make sense to make a list of all the fixings etc that I needed to replace
I also tried to translate the torque settings into understandable language
Both lists have the TAV number and item number to make sorting easier

I cant guarantee the accuracy of the lists, but have fixed inaccuracies as best I can
Please use the lists as guidance only
If you have any corrections, I am happy to correct  and re-post
Hope they help

It seems as if I cant attach MS Excel spreadsheets - how can I post them - any suggestions

Just take a photograph of it with your smart phone. The resolution on most of them is very good these days and certainly for a standard typed sheet, it should be absolutely fine.

That said I know that the file size for upload here is limited, so maybe give it a whirl and see what happens.

For the Fulvia engine it is advisableto use a low range torque wrench (as used often for small motorcycles) which is often more accurate that standard wrenches. This is particularly important for S1 engines.

A good friend and well known Lancia engineer sent me this recently. Hope you and others may find it useful.

Thanks folks. I have saved the Torque settings and fixings Tables as PDFs
They are both sorted in TAV Number
Once again - these are my findings and should be used as advice only - hope they are helpful
