Title: Ebay Advert - UK - Military Truck
Post by: SanRemo78 on 31 March, 2024, 04:09:16 PM
No connection to the seller and I'm not sure of the model either. I'd hazard a guess at an Esatau? You'll need to pan through to the tenth picture..

I'm thinking Esatau too. I imagine it would be an Esatau A, pre 1957, unless military versions didn't follow civilian Esataus in adopting a forward control cab.

Can't be many in the UK? It'd be nice to see it at the AGM?

I fancy the Moto Guzzi Ercole. I had one in Italy a few years ago - beautifully made especially everything rear of the where the driver sits. A very competent light commercial vehicle. Its interesting that the vendor suggests they will deal with UK Importation paperwork. The hurdles involves a few years ago were one of the reasons I sold mine......and its more difficult to import vehicles from Europe now!

I'm interested to know how you could tell but it seems to be of an age when RHD wouldn't be impossible.
